I offer Reflexology, Oncology, Neuromuscular, Trauma Touch and Esoteric Acupressure therapies in person only. Lymph Drainage and Cranial Sacral therapies can be administered in person or remotely. One or more techniques can be administered during a session. Sessions are 60 or 90 minutes long.
Lymph Drainage massage will move stagnant fluids (edema) within the body which promotes faster healing. Lymph Drainage massage can be used pre and post surgery as well as for new and chronic injuries. Lymph Drainage can also be performed remotely.
Cranial Sacral therapy is a gentle hands-on technique that uses a light touch to examine membranes and movement of the fliuds in and around the central nervous system. Relieving tension in the central nervous system promotes qi (life force) flowing through the body, well-being by eliminating pain and boosts health and immunity. Cranial Sacral therapy can also be performed remotely.
Reflexology is another method which keeps qi (life force) flowing through the body, helping to maintain overall balance and health. In Chinese medicine, different body parts correspond with different pressure points. I am trained to use maps of these points in the feet or hands.
Oncology massage is a specialized and custom massage treatment designed to help clients manage their experience with cancer, as well as other types of chronic or debilitating illnesses, to improve quality of life.
Neuromuscular therapy uses specialized techniques which will help reduce pain and tension within the body. In other words, therapeutic rehabilitation for chronic issues.

Trauma Touch therapy is an unhurried process which allows for a gradual, integrative release of tension, buried traumas and pent-up emotions.
